Aquila is a private, two-way conversational SMS assistant operated by Tentmakers Creative LLC. It is a single dedicated phone number that authorized employees can text from their personal mobile phones to get help with day-to-day productivity tasks — drafting messages, recalling meeting notes, managing personal to-dos, answering quick research questions.
Aquila is an internal tool, not a marketing channel, not a promotional service, and not a third-party messaging product. It is not sold or licensed to anyone outside Tentmakers Creative LLC. Each user is an individually authorized Tentmakers employee.
Behind the scenes, Aquila routes messages through Twilio (for SMS delivery) and Anthropic's language model API (to generate responses). Conversation history is stored on a private server operated by Tentmakers Creative LLC and is retained for 90 days.
There is no public sign-up form. Opt-in is by active consent only — there is no pre-checked box and no default opt-in.
