Aquila is a private, conversational AI assistant operated by Tentmakers Creative LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you text Aquila, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. It applies only to the SMS service reachable at +1 (650) 774-3287.
Aquila SMS is an internal productivity tool for authorized Tentmakers Creative LLC employees. We do not market this number to the public. If you received an Aquila message and you are not an authorized user, please reply STOP and email us so we can investigate.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or anything else from your device. SMS is the only channel.
We use this data for one purpose: to provide the Aquila assistant service to you. That means routing your message to a large language model, generating a response, and sending the response back. We do not use your messages to train models, build advertising profiles, run analytics, or do anything beyond answering you.
We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Two service providers necessarily process your messages so the service can function:
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law (valid subpoena, court order, or similar lawful process).
Conversation history is stored on a private virtual server operated by Tentmakers Creative LLC. We retain message history for 90 days to support service quality, debugging, and your own ability to ask Aquila about recent threads. After 90 days, transcripts are deleted from the active system. Encrypted backups are retained for an additional 30 days and then expire.
Message frequency varies based on user activity, typically 5–50 messages per day total across all users. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Text STOP to (650) 774-3287 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Text HELP for help and contact information. You can opt back in at any time by texting START from your personal mobile phone.

The server that handles Aquila messages is access-controlled, runs on encrypted disk, and is patched on a regular schedule. We use industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security; SMS itself is not an encrypted transport, so do not send anything via SMS that you would not want a carrier or intermediary to see.
Aquila is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active users by SMS.
