These terms govern your use of Aquila, an SMS-based conversational AI assistant operated by Tentmakers Creative LLC ("we," "us"). The service is reachable at +1 (650) 774-3287. By texting START to that number, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not text the number.
Aquila is a private conversational AI assistant for authorized Tentmakers Creative LLC employees. You text it; it texts back a response generated by a large language model. It is designed for productivity tasks — drafting messages, recalling meetings, managing tasks, answering quick research questions. It is not marketing, not promotional, and not a third-party messaging service. It is not a customer support line and not an emergency service.
You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized Tentmakers Creative LLC employee to use Aquila. If you are not an authorized user, you are not licensed to use the service and should reply STOP.
The only way to begin using Aquila is to text START to (650) 774-3287 from your own personal mobile phone. We do not auto-enroll anyone. There is no pre-checked box. By texting START, you affirmatively confirm that you are an authorized user, that you are 18 or older, and that you have read these terms and our Privacy Policy.
After you text START, Aquila will reply with a welcome message confirming your opt-in and reminding you how to get help or unsubscribe.
Text STOP to (650) 774-3287 at any time to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent. Text HELP to receive contact information for the service. You can opt back in at any time by texting START.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aquila's responses are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must not act on Aquila's output without verifying it independently. Aquila is an assistant, not an authority. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tentmakers Creative LLC's total liability arising from or related to your use of Aquila is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) in the aggregate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tentmakers Creative LLC, its members, and its officers from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Short version: we do not share your number or your messages with third parties for marketing. Message content passes through Twilio (for SMS routing) and Anthropic (for AI responses) as necessary to operate the service. Conversation history is retained for 90 days.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
